The public pages: the ones a signed-out visitor is served at the URL they asked for.

Everything else the app routes is behind auth. `RedirectRouter` sends a signed-out
visitor from /portfolio, /pulse, /trackers, /rewards and the rest back to /, so those
URLs would be soft 404s in a sitemap. /discover is out for the same reason: a signed-out
visitor only stays on it when the deployment sets NEXT_PUBLIC_DISCOVER_ALLOW_ANONYMOUS,
which src/app/helpers/bootstrap.ts records production as leaving off. Add it here if
  that ever changes.

Token (/t/) and profile (/@) pages are not listed either, because they are generated per
address and per handle and so need a generated sitemap rather than this static one. They
are not disallowed anywhere and keep being crawled as they are today.

The /blog pages qualify under the same rule and are listed: each is a plain static document
under public/blog/, served to a signed-out visitor at the URL it asks for by its own rewrite
in vercel.json, with its own title, description and rel="canonical" in the markup. They are
listed by hand like the rest, so an article added later is added here in the same change.

No <lastmod>: a hand-maintained date that stops being true is worse than none, and
  Google ignores <changefreq> and <priority>.
